PROFILE

In her professional experience, Selene has been involved in corporate law, private equity, compliance and financial practices. She has participated in mergers and acquisitions of companies and assets and has advised several Mexican and foreign investors in the structuring and development of strategies to initiate or expand their operations in Mexico. She has advised different companies on compliance matters and has participated in private equity energy transactions, as well as in the formation and incorporation of Mexican and foreign investment funds.

During her time at a development banking institution, Selene participated in corporate and project finance transactions in the structuring, closing, follow-up and, if necessary, restructuring steps.
