PROFILE

Silvia Roldán specializes in banking and finance law, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure and corporate law

She has participated in various financing operations, in which she has represented both creditors and debtors, including different financial entities, development banks and other multilateral organizations.

Silvia has been involved in major merger and acquisition transactions, sale of shares and assets, representing the private sector, banks and private equity funds.

She joined Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar, S.C. in 2014 and has been a partner of the firm since 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Silvia worked as attorney at the Corporate Banking and Trade Finance department of Scotiabank Inverlat.
