We have broad experience in commercial arbitration, including procedures managed by institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the National Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City (CANACO) and the Arbitration Center of Mexico (CAM). In this practice, we serve as attorneys for our clients and also serve as arbitrators, either appointed by our clients or by the arbitration institution. Several team members are trained mediators, certified by the Mexican Institute of Mediation, whose president in 2017-2018 was Jesús Sánchez Ugarte, a founding partner of the firm.
