We advise governments and public entities in public procurement processes from beginning to end. We provide guidance on appropriate contracting mechanisms, and in the drafting of documents for tenders (bidding conditions, base contract); we address legal aspects in the evaluation of proposals. We advise private entities on the preparation of proposals and in the negotiation of government contracts.

Our compliance department focuses on anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering and data protection processes. We provide companies with information on specific issues that may arise, as well as risk prevention by checking current practices; the development, implementation and optimization of its processes; and monitoring of changes and improvements.
