Andrés Torres focuses his practice on the areas of banking and finance law, mergers and acquisitions, Fintech, and corporate law. He has been involved in several financial transactions, representing both creditors and debtors, including various financial institutions, development banks, and other multilateral organizations.
Andrés has played a key role in significant project financing operations, mergers and acquisitions, and the sale of shares and assets, representing the private sector, banks, and private equity funds.

- Financing: Structuring of financing plans and programs, as well as structured finance transactions, and asset monetizations.
