Daniel is a founding partner of Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar, S.C.

His practice areas include mergers and acquisitions, financing, capital markets and corporate law.

He has participated in acquisitions and sales of various industrial, commercial and service companies. He has advised international investment funds in the acquisition of capital from Mexican companies. He has also participated in matters related to the issuance of equity and debt securities.

He frequently participates in asset securitizations and in the design and instrumentation of structured financing operations.
