Education
Román has extensive experience in corporate, banking, finance, real estate, and fintech law. He has participated in major transactions for public and private entities, including corporate restructurings, project financing, guarantee trusts, debt issuances, and infrastructure and telecommunications trust projects. His experience includes advising domestic and international financial institutions on regulatory matters, anti-money laundering, and the representation of bondholders in bond issues, as well as participating in structured finance transactions.
